We are contracted with several major insurance carriers. It is our expectation that you are able to provide us with a correct address, phone number, photo ID and a copy of your current insurance card at each visit if requested of you.

Any questions about if your plan falls under one of theses restricted networks is best answered by the insurance company by calling their costumer service line.
We currently DO NOT accept new patients with United Healthcare: Community Plan of Washington.
If your insurance company is not on our list, you are welcome to call our clinic for more details of our interactions with your company. Most of the companies not on our list simply offered reimbursement that is low enough to be too risky for us to accept at this early phase in our start-up. Generally speaking, practices like Wise Patient who wish to remain independent have little market leverage when negotiating with insurance companies. That said, Wise Patient is excited about several insurance company innovations designed to reward clinics with high performance measures. We love to measure our own performance, and have designed a clinic structure that we believe will stand out among its peers.
