What is the difference between Direct Primary Care and Concierge Care?

At Wise Patient Internal Medicine, both Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Concierge Medicine (CM) refer to the same level of personalized primary care that seeks to restore the physician-patient relationship. The main glaring difference is the price with DPC costing $100/month and CM costing $75/month. The care you receive will be the same, but another difference is in the way that we bill: in the Concierge payment model, we will bill your insurance. We offer the Concierge model for those patients that have Medicare  and any of our patients that really want to use their insurance, but want the additional services that DPC offers. Currently, all physicians at Wise Patient Medicine (Warren, Beda, Lee) practice both Direct Primary Care and Concierge.
