Accessing the Clinic
We are excited to welcome you to the clinic. Please feel free to use this guide to help navigate your way to our office. We have two main entrances:
1.) Front entrance: Remains open during business hours, and leads you directly to the waiting room on your left.
2.) Back Alley: We have an ADA accessible parking lot with an operable lift to access the clinic. Please ring the doorbell for entry.
Entering Through our Front entrance
Our front entrance can be found by climbing the stairs in between the restaurants Zeeks (near E Mercer) and Monsoon (near E Roy). There is 2-hour street parking, which is plenty of time for your visit!
After climbing the staircase, please make a right turn, and the clinic door will marked with our sign. The front entrance is open during business hours.
Entering through the back alley
We have a designated handicap parking spot located in-between 18th and 19th Ave. You are able to enter the alleyway from E Roy or E Mercer Street. All patients are welcome to use this entrance if needed, and if you would like to avoid stairs, this entrance is the way to go!
Once you are near the entrance, there is a small set of stairs and an ADA accessible lift that can assist you down. Please read the instructions below on how to utilize the lift. Once you arrive to the entrance, please ring the doorbell, and a team member will get you as soon as possible!
If the lift is currently on the bottom floor, press and hold the top button (II) to bring the lift up. To enter, please pull on the handle and the door will swing outwards. Once in the elevator, there are another set of buttons that you can use. Please press and hold the bottom button (I) to bring yourself to the lower floor.
