We employ her through HelloRache, a virtual assistant company dedicated to healthcare. The term Virtual Assistant does not adequately cover Hannamel’s roles for Wise Patient. She is an onboarding specialist for new patients and has improved (even created) many other administrative workflows. She is a spreadsheet guru and entirely fun to work with!

Originally from Florida, Carlee moved to the Seattle area after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Health Disparities in Society. Outside of work, she enjoys playing beach volleyball and going hiking.

She’s most excited about experiencing the beauty of the PNW as well as working with her fellow LGBTQ+ members in Seattle. She’s looking forward to connecting with patients and making them feel welcome at Wise. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Kendall cheering on Seattle Reign, looking for the best taco shops, and spending time with friends at the parks and trails.
