Meet Janna

Janna Cuneo, ARNP was born and raised in New England, and has been a Seattleite since 2005.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and religious anthropology from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and one in nursing from Seattle University. Janna received a Master’s degree in Nursing from Georgetown University, where they trained to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has always found that taking the road less traveled has given them a lot of perspective. Janna started off as a certified doula, has been a Case Manager in a social work and was an RN in medical/surgical care, community and refugee health, and maternity care. Janna is credentialed as an HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Janna focuses on body positive primary care, shame-free sexual and reproductive health,  and enjoys serving her queer and gender expansive community.

“My own experiences as a nurse, and as a member of the LGBTQI+ community have made me committed to the belief that every person has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and has the right to access healthcare that is specifically tailored to their lived experience of the world.”
