MEDICARE MEMBERSHIP
If you have Medicare, you can still enjoy all the same benefits of membership medicine at Wise Patient.
Our Medicare Membership is $131 per month. This option is only available to Medicare patients, and if you have Medicare, you must choose this membership path. Medicare requires us to bill them for your in-person clinic visits, and you will be responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance you have with your Medicare plan.
Medicare regulations do not currently permit Medicare patients to enter in a Direct Primary Care contract with us. Therefore, the contract, technically speaking, is a concierge medicine contract. It’s complicated, and we’re happy to explain further if you ask us.
As a Medicare member of Wise Patient, you get the same level of care as any other of our members! That includes:
Unlimited access to your provider – your way!
You can come in for an office visit any time, but you can also connect with your provider through phone, private text, or video appointments. That means you can get answers to your medical questions, big or small, without much delay and without needing to come to our office unless necessary!
- Longer & more personalized appointments
Did you know that most providers see their patients for less than 15 minutes per visit? Our shortest appointment slots are 30 minutes, and most are longer than that. Building a strong partnership with our patients is a key piece of the Wise Patient culture of medical care. We don’t rush. Period.
